East Lansing Art Festival

The East Lansing Art Festival, launched in 1963 as Greenwich Village Days, was originally a sidewalk art sale by a student advertising club at Michigan State University. Over the years, it has evolved into a significant community event in downtown East Lansing. The festival’s mission is to foster a sense of community and appreciation for art, culture, and creativity in the region. It presents hundreds of artists and craftspeople, attracting tens of thousands of visitors each year​
