Ten Peso Version

Ten Peso Version is an indie rock, groove, and jam band originating from Grand Rapids. The band came into being as a passion project by frontman Ruben Resendiz Jr., who plays the guitar, and it quickly expanded into a three-piece ensemble following collaboration with close friends. Their sound encompasses a rich blend of genres, including elements of blues-inspired licks, funk-driven grooves, free-form jams, and catchy melodies. This eclectic mix allows Ten Peso Version to deliver a dynamic and engaging musical experience.

The band’s forthcoming debut EP, titled Forward, showcases their versatility and creative depth. Scheduled for release on March 15, 2024, the EP includes tracks such as “Friday Morning Afternoon,” “Living The Dream,” “Keep It In Key,” and “It Doesn’t Matter,” indicating a range of themes and musical explorations.
